Ki-o-rahi tournament

The Ki-o-Rahi Tournament at Mangakahia Area School was amazing! On arrival our tamariki were provided with coaches (students from Mangakahia) who were well versed in the rules and strategies in which to have a great time playing ki-o-rahi. It was awesome to touch base with our friends from both Purua and Mangakahia Schools. As a kura we loved the whanaungatanga, awhi and sportsmanship shown by everyone involved. Nga mihi nui to our Mangakahia whanau!
