Pink Shirt Day was a great opportunity for us to celebrate diversity and all the amazing things that make us unique. We also talked lots about bullying and ways we can be kind!

We were recently invited by Ngāti Hine Forestry Trust  to awhi in their kaupapa of restoring land currently to native forest. Our tamariki loved being apart of this awesome kaupapa. Nga mihi Ngati Hine Foresty Trust for having us!

Winter Sports is always a year highlight for our tamariki. It is where they are about to try new sports and connect with tamariki from other schools in a positive and healthy. This year our tamariki took part in table tennis, rugby and basketball.

Thanks to our Tamariki Takutai whanau our sailors were out at sea again recently. This time on the R.  Tucker Thompson in the Bay of Islands!

With Mother's Day fast approaching it was the perfect opportunity to share all the amazing things that our mothers, aunties, nanas, cousins, sisters and friends do to awhi us. 

We recently held a Anzac Memorial Hui to share our Anzac learning with our whanau and community. It was a great opportunity to be together and remember those who went to war.
